Here’s a fun cake we made a few weeks ago for Gavin’s Lego-themed birthday party: 
For the top tier, we created the Lego Man’s face and his head was exploding with edible Legos!
And for the bottom tier, we decorated with dots and a panel that made it look like the entire cake was made of Legos. Oh, and you can’t forget the little edible Lego men!

And SURPRISE! The inside of the cake was dyed green, yellow, red, and blue – Lego colors!!!
