A couple of weeks ago, we had the honor of creating a wedding cake for Kristin and Emad. Their wedding ceremony was held at a church in Plant City, and then the guests all traveled to the Palmetto Club in Fishhawk Ranch for the reception.
The Palmetto Club was a gorgeous location, and we’ve added it to our list of recommended wedding vendors. Beautiful!
Kristin designed her wedding cake to be 4 tiers of buttercream-iced cakes. That’s right, there is absolutely NO fondant on this baby! The tiers were decorated with S and C scrolls or buttercream dots, and the tiers were separated with fresh hydrangeas in shades of blue.
Their flavors included red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and white almond cake with raspberry cream filling.
