We do not offer returns or exchanges for perishable items for any reason.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production of such items has not begun. If a refund is requested after production has begun or the item(s) have been delivered, the refund will be granted on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Ph.D.-serts & Cakes.

All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, Ph.D.-serts & Cakes will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to the team at phdserts@gmail.com to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.
