We shared this wedding cake with you last Friday in a post about designing the perfect wedding cake. But we wanted to show you a few more pictures of the cake itself so here you go!
The finished cake right before it went out for delivery:
The 4 square tiers were covered in fondant and decorated with large fondant bows with brooch centers, quilting, Damask stenciling, and faux diamond strings.
Then we delivered the cake to the Wishing Well Barn in Plant City, FL, placed it on a tree stump stand, and added a few flower accents.
We love the juxtaposition of the rustic barn background with the sparkle of the chandelier and the cake. Elegant and so romantic!
And the setting at the Wishing Well Barn was beautiful:
