Here’s an elegant, classy cake that would be perfect for almost any wedding:
The bride and groom wanted a mix between a topsy turvy Mad Hatter cake and a traditional a straight-edge cake so we angled the sides of each tier. It creates a slightly whimsical, out-of-the-box feel without losing the elegance of the black and white wedding cake.
The cake was covered with white fondant and decorated with black fondant accents. The “bling” on the bottom tier were fake jewels, and the pop of color was provided by the hand-made red fondant bow!
