It truly looked real!  We brought it into a restaurant and they ALL could also not believe how real it looked.  It tasted amazing as well!  We cannot thank Melanie for the cake she made and how amazing it was.  She will be getting ALL my cake orders from here on out :)”  -Kim

Hand-carved, fondant-covered cake decorated like a Louis Vuitton purse with accompanying key chains, credit cards, and cell phones.“My husband decided to surprise me with one of her cakes for my birthday and I could not have asked for more.  My husband explained to her my love of purses and she took that idea and ran away with it.  A total home run!  The purse cake was so beautiful that I didn’t want to cut into it!  The purse actually looked better then the Louis Vuitton it was modeled after!  Not only was the design great but the cake tasted AMAZING!” -Shelby

Fondant-covered wedding cake with edible hydrangea and anemones.“Melanie made our wedding cake and I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful cake!  There was so much attention to detail and the handmade flowers were amazing! One of my favorite things about working with Melanie was how she incorporated our wedding theme and colors on the cake but also put her own special touches on the cake. The wedding cake had a variety of flavors for each layer and each one tasted sensational!  It was pretty and yummy, who could ask for more?! Melanie is definitely as professional as she is talented!” -Shelby

A groom's cake decorated to look like an University of Oregon Hawaiian shirt with matching flip flops.“Melanie made the grooms cake for our wedding.  My husband loves the Oregon Ducks as much as he loves Hawaiian shirts.  Melanie was able to incorporate both those ideas into one cake!  She also surprised us by making cute matching sandals in Oregon colors!  It was just perfect for our wedding!” -Shelby

Fondant-covered cake with an handmade, edible mask topper.“As a professional cake decorator myself, I was very picky about who I wanted to do my 50th birthday cake.  I had told my husband, only one person would do if he (secretly) was going to have birthday cake for me done.  It had to be Melanie! My theme was Masquerade ball.  Needless to say, the cake was fabulous, moist & delicious!  The cake was really beautiful & truely done with alot of care in making it very special.  I can only say that Melanie’s cakes are some of the best in the business.  Thank you, Melanie, I will treasure that memory for many years to come.” -Lisa

Mickey & Minnie Mouse cookies created as goodies to welcome out of town guests to a wedding at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.

“We loved Melanie’s work so much for our first daughter’s wedding we had her create my second daughter’s wedding welcome bags as our wedding destination did not allow cakes to be brought in. The welcome bags were filled with themed cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and small cakes.  We gave her themed pictures and she created our cookies/cakes better than the pictures.  She was awesome.  The attention to detail was unbelievable and our guests talked for days how delicious the treats were.  Again, Melanie is highly recommended for her work and attention to detail and customer needs.” -Geri

Cookie decorating kit, sugar cookies, icing, sprinkles“The cookie decorating kit is a great idea! I loved how all the materials were included and there were no cookies to bake. My 3 year old had such a good time decorating and licking the icing! We had sprinkles everywhere! I’ll definitely be ordering more for birthdays and Christmas.” – April
