Mickey Mouse 1st Birthday Cake
One of my daughter’s playmates just turned 1 year old! I can’t believe it! And the worst part about it is that means Mikaela will be turning 1 soon too! No, she’s supposed to be my baby forever! …But, then again, she will have the most awesome 1st birthday cake ever, right?! Let the brainstorming begin!
But, anyway, back to the cake at hand! Bruce just turned 1 with a Mickey Mouse-themed party. What baby doesn’t love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse? So the theme was perfect!
Beach Balls & Sunglasses Cookies
With Memorial Day just around the corner, these cookies that we made for Melissa last week are sooooooo appropriate!
Golf Ball Cake & Cookies
Last weekend, we had the opportunity to create a birthday party for a great woman turning 90 years old! She loves the game of golf so her family asked us to create a giant golf ball cake and matching cookies.
Did you know that “18 over par” means 90? We didn’t! But you learn something new every day, don’t you?! So, in code, this cake is saying “Happy 90th Birthday!”
Tory Burch Handbag Cake

So when Kim asked me to make a Tory Burch handbag cake for her niece, Amanda, my first response was, “Who’s Tory Burch?”
Luckily there’s this great thing called a Google Image Search so I was no longer in the dark about what she was talking about. Together, Kim & I picked out this one to make a replica of:
But no purse is complete without all the crucial accessories!
